Purchase: I ordered my saddle from www.sycamorecreeksaddles.com. This was the first saddle I have ever purchased for the first horse I have ever owned. So to say i didn't know what I was doing was an understatement. I spent weeks researching saddles and was referred to Sycamore Creek (Tony) by more than one reliable source. To say Tony provides amazing customer service is an understatement. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients. It was the best purchasing experiences i have ever had. I paid $625.

Likes: The quality and craftsmanship of the saddle is excellent. No one at my stables believes that the saddle was only $625. They pay $400 or $500 for lower quality used saddles. The saddle was made for my horse based on few simple measurements and a tracing of his withers. Which is why it fits both my horse and my backside like a glove.

Dislikes: I like instant gratification when i buy things so i wasn't to excited about waiting up to 6 weeks for a saddle. However, after talking to Tony and his references i decided it would be worth the wait for a custom built saddle. The 5 weeks seemed like an eternity, but it was worth every second.

Quality: Materials and quality is that of a saddle 3 times its price

Summary: If you are thinking about purchasing a saddle strongly consider buying one from Tony at Sycamore Creek. He is an honest knowledgeable guy that sells an underpriced high quality saddle.
