PAYMENT: You can pay with your credit card, money order, personal check or Paypal. We can take these credit cards over the phone. Do not send credit card information via email.


I REQUIRE DIRECT SIGNATURE ON ALL SADDLE SHIPMENTS. DUE TO THE RISING INCIDENTS OF THEFT, I WILL NOT SHIP A SADDLE WITHOUT DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. A NEIGHBOR CAN SIGN FOR IT, BUT SOMEONE WILL NEED TO SIGN FOR IT, OR IT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED.

I don't expect anyone to order a saddle, until we have a chance to talk about it...either by phone or by email. This is a process that takes a little time to do it right. That's why I don't give opportunity to buy a saddle online by clicking on a button.

ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SADDLE, TAKE A FEW DAYS TO CHECK THE QUALITY AND FIT. IF YOUR SADDLE DOES NOT FIT, OR IF YOU SIMPLY DON'T LIKE IT, YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THERE IS A 5% RESTOCK FEE ON REFUNDS. 100% EXCHANGE VALUE. IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE SADDLE, OR IF THERE IS HAIR ON THE CINCH, I WILL ALSO DEDUCT FOR THESE ISSUES AT MY DISCRETION. TO AVOID ANY ISSUES, ONE SHOULD USE ANOTHER CINCH UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WILL KEEP THE SADDLE. A SADDLE THAT SHOWS SIGNS OF USE OR ABUSE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND OR FULL EXCHANGE.
